Persoanlly I think the film will do alright.. I'm not crazy on JCR being cast as Larten, and no matter how hard I try, I will NEVER see larten with a JCR fro gone orange.. |

Does anyone else think that the set design looks rather childish? Like a playmobile freak show, as apposed to an actual realistic setting.

I suspect it's suppose to go on the traditional side-show look.. Back in the legal days when sideshows where desinged to draw attention and paying crowds..
Even though in the books the CDF consists of un-marked white vans.. |

In very short - CDF is about a young boy who gets mixed up with the wrong crowd, steals a spider from a vampire. The spider bites his best friend and he has to
choose his humanity or his friends life - and he chooses his friends life - and he becomes a vampire and is caught in there world as a child.
