Well from everything I've seen and heard I'd be inclined to vote yes!

i said dont know coz there is a whole load of really good american films. (in fact i think that most of the films i like are made by americans) besides wouldnt
it be confusing if there are two of the same film?

I said maybe, depending on how the original movie goes, but depending on what British film companies can do then we will have to wait and see

From what I know about the film so far, it's goign to be quite diffrent from the books, but the film looks prety sweet..

Well all the british films I've seen have surpassed any American equivilent there's been! And also I have a
feeling that a British film company would be truer to the books and produce a higher quality (on all fronts) film!!!

I've never been impressed by a British film before, so I'm saying no unless they choose to combine the films in the way I think they should have: 1+2,
3 by itself, 4-6, 7-9, 10 by itself, 11+12.

Yeah, seriously I think they should not make a British remake. I have never seen any good British movies, so if you can would you name some for me?
|

Certainly: Jonny English, the Monty Python and Carry On films to name just a few and I'm damn sure there are more I
can't think of at the moment!

I said yes because it would be cool to find out what a british remake of the film would be like

Well, those are only three movies, but I bet anyone can name better U.S movies.

I think we did Rocky Horror picture show but I'm not sure!!! And can you honestly think of a film better than the Holy
Grail or Life of Brian (both by Monty Python) at least of that genre?!?

I'm gonna go with a no. Besides most remakes aren't as good as the originals...

I can't think of a better film than those two Grizzly, because I never heard of any of those movies. And I am very into movies, so I think if they were any
good at all I would have heard of them. Also my whole family is into movies, my dad even works in the movie industry so I think if they were any good I
would've known.

You've never heard of the Carry On films!?!?! Barbra Windsor, Sid James and Kenneth Williams to name a few of the
regulars!!!

Uh, no and if they were any good I bet at least one of my family members or movie loving friends would have heard of them.

They are a very British film so if you don't live here you might not have heard of them- they're 60's 70's
films mainly but still!!!

Why should they remake? It will never happen.
